About

Sat Nam Rasayan translates “relaxation and absorption in the divine.” This state of relaxation frees the body promoting optimal health and can treat effectively numerous conditions ranging from the physical, mental and spiritual. Sat Nam Rasayan is a system which is based on the self perception. We learn to feel at subtle level ourselves, the body, the elements, organs, energy roads, chakras, feelings, emotions, meridians et cetera.

During class, the student of Sat Nam Rasayan works with a partner; one lying down as a patient and the other sitting up as a healer. Then, with the guidance of the teacher and by applying certain techniques, the student reaches a projective meditative mind, a mind of silence (Shuniya) and connection.  In this state healing takes place.

Private healing sessions are available, contact Mathias today @ (954) 613-8445, or click here to leave us a message to schedule an appointment.

The Tradition of Sat Nam Rasayan

For thousands of years, Sat Nam Rasayan was a secret yoga tradition. Sat Nam Rasayan was exclusively transmitted in silence from master to disciple, and this privilege was reserved only for a few very advanced disciples. The training process usually lasted several years, during which the master molded the disciple with various methods until the disciple could dwell stably in a state of neutrality and stillness. The teachings were considered one of the highest achievements of yoga.

Yogi Bhajan (Master of Kundalini Yoga) trained Guru Dev Singh in this traditional way and named him Master of Sat Nam Rasayan. Guru Dev Singh was then instructed by his teacher to share this tradition with the world, which he did by founding the School of Sat Nam Rasayan. Guru Dev Singh, Master of Sat Nam Rasayan, transitioned at 10:30 am on April 5, 2021 in his beloved San Cristobal de Las Casas, in Chiapas, Mexico.

Today, the responsibility of upholding the Sat Nam Rasayan tradition lies with Sadhu Singh, a dedicated yoga and meditation practitioner since the early 1970s. Sadhu Singh was a student of Guru Dev Singh and was entrusted with this important responsibility by his teacher. He currently resides in Mexico and Vienna, continuing to share the wisdom and practice of Sat Nam Rasayan with all sincere students.
